Scanned documents
Choose the scan’s OCR language before uploading. Automatic source-language detection applies to extracted text, not unreadable scan pixels. Review OCR errors first.
Editable output
Review or correct translated text and download TXT or editable DOCX. Translation exports reflow text; source images, tables, headers, footnotes and exact page layout are not reconstructed.
Privacy and accuracy
Translate sends the reviewed text through our server to Microsoft Azure Translator. No document file is sent to Azure by this tool. Machine translation is not certified; obtain human review for important documents.
